We offer a 90 day quality guarantee with all sales.

If your product has a defect due to manufacturing issues or abnormal wear and tear, you can exchange it for a new one. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our Rabbit Hole Travel Accessories website. 

• Only items purchased at full retail price are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping).

• Items for exchange must be started within 90 days of receipt, unless an extended warranty has been purchased.

• All returns must be initiated online at: www.rabbitholetravelbags.com.

  • In-person returns or returns not made through this link will not be accepted.

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and complete (including all straps, original tags, and packaging).

• Used, worn, laundered, or incomplete items will not be refunded.

If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for an exchange.
